Conjunto Roma

Conjunto Roma proposes a quiet counter-model to the glass-and-steel towers rising through Roma Norte. Fourteen apartments stacked in a six-story volume, each with generous deep balconies that function as exterior rooms — places to grow plants, to eat, to sleep in summer.

The street level is given entirely to a public arcade — a covered walkway with small commercial units that continues the neighborhood's fine-grained pedestrian fabric. The terracotta brise-soleil that wraps the south and west elevations was developed in collaboration with a Oaxacan ceramics workshop.

Construction begins Q2 2025.
