Masterplan Xcaret Norte

A 4.8-hectare eco-hospitality masterplan structured around three existing cenotes in the Riviera Maya's karst landscape. The brief required zero ground coverage beyond existing clearing, a complete rainwater harvesting system, and full reversibility of all structures within 30 years.

The plan clusters 60 bungalows into five constellations, each oriented to preserve sightlines to the cenotes and the jungle canopy. All pathways are elevated timber walkways. Structures are prefabricated in modular bays for disassembly.
